Terms and Park Rules
Camping rules and
guides.
1. Check-in time 2:00PM Check-out Time 12:00 P.M. (noon)
please don’t overstay past check-out as it may interfere with the next guest
check-in. The power will automatically be cut from your site on the day of
check-out at noon. If you are a long term renter you will need to make sure
that your rent is paid before check-out in order to keep your camp site.
2. Quiet hours are to be observed from 10:00 P.M.
to 7:00.A.M. so all guest can have a nice night’s sleep.
3. Wi-Fi. There is both a 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
signal available for your use. The password is
PanelView2020 for both sites.
4. Maximum 8 people per
campsite. First two
adults and children under age 18 are included in the base price. All other
adults are $5 per person per day. And for our monthly guest it is $75 per
person per month for each extra adult.
5. Electric Equipment, including radios, may not emit sound
beyond your immediate campsite. Sound
from electronic equipment is limited to your campsite only. Keeping you voice
down is also appreciated by your neighbors.
6. Pets. Quite, well-behaved pets are welcome. For the protection of pets and fellow
campers, please keep pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Please confine pet business to the pet area
located in the South East corner of the park and pick up your pets waste immediately after the pet
relieves themselves. Pets may be
off leash in the fenced pet area only.
Please DO NOT allow your pet
to do their business on the turf. Please
do not leave barking dogs inside RVs unattended or ANY dog outside unattended.
7. Respect your
neighbors and don’t
walk yourself or your pets across other campers’ sites. Parents are responsible
for their children at all times and children under the age of 12 should be
accompanied by an adult when using the facilities.
8. Washing of RVs and/or vehicles is limited to
twice a month and not within 48 hours of checkout. We don’t want to leave the
site wet for the next guest.
9. Campfires. Wood burning is prohibited at all
times. Gas propane fires are allowed on cement or gravel areas only.
10. BBQ and Grilling may be done on the cement BBQ tables
provided at each site. Try not to drip grease on the table.
11. Generators.
Thank you for not running your generators at any time at night. But once
monthly during the day for maintenance is permitted. You already paid for the
power so enjoy it.
12. Smoking.
Thank you for not smoking in any building or within 25ft of any
building. We consider cigarette and cigar butts and chew packets as garbage so
please place them in the garbage and NOT on the ground.
13. Speed limit – is 10 mph throughout the
park. No motorcycles, motor-bikes or
mopeds allowed, except to enter or leave the park. All other motorized vehicles must be approved
by the camp host and operated by a licensed driver.
14. Garbage.
Please place garbage in designated dumpster areas throughout the park.
If one dumpster is full then please use one of the others in the park and not
stack your garbage on the ground around the dumpster.
15. Restrooms, showers
and Laundry. These facilities are located at the South West
end of the park and available ONLY to our registered guests. Cleaning up after yourself is appreciated by
everyone. No hand laundry or dishwashing
permitted in restrooms. PLEASE do not wash pet items in washers
or dryers machines NOT designated as
a pet washer and dryer. A designated washer and dryer is provided for
you for your pet items at lower cost and for your convenience.
16. Extending your stay.
If you desire to
extend your stay past your scheduled checkout time and if we have sites
available. Then you must go to the Kiosk and swipe your card to make the
payment for the additional days at least 48 hours BEFORE the end of your
scheduled check out time. Otherwise we might not have sites available do to
other reservations. It is NOT the camp host’s responsibility to track you down
to have to collect the rental payment.
Disclaimer: This is privately owned property and RV Park and we reserve
the right to select our clientele and visitors.
Management and camp host reserves the right to restrict the use of any
park facility and may ask that you leave for any reason they see fit. If you
are asked to leave the park, you will be refunded any unused days. All public laws and ordinances shall be obeyed
within the park. Registered guest who
use the park facilities do so at their own risk. Owner and management assumes no
responsibility for damage or theft of occupant and guest property. The owner and management are not responsible
for any loss due to fire, flood, theft or accident. If any damage is done to
the parks assets by you, your guest or your visitors the cost of that damage
will be billed to the registered guest credit card. If unpaid you will not be
able to return to the park in the future and the bill will be turned over to a
collections agency.
17. Primary Residence RV tenants and Lease Agreements per Oregon State Laws.
All tenants who’s Primary Residence is their RV must sign a short term Lease Agreement with the Camp host on arrival. Failure to do so, will invalidate your reservation, and no ‘Residence Rights’ will be granted. We are happy to offer you longer lease agreements, upon approval and a short term stay for us to see if we are a good fit.
