About Us

Continuing our Tradition of Innovation. 3 Generations in the this beautiful valley in Eastern Oregon...

Electrical: Our park is surrounding a 568 Kw solar farm. It also has a 3 Kw solar panel mounted on a pole at each one of the RV sites to feed your RV and provide shade. This will help us offset the power usage of each resident and lower our carbon footprint. We are serious about saving our planet and operating as green as we can.

Water: Our bathrooms and showers are equiped with low flow technology, helping us reduce our impact on the region’s water usage.

Waste Water: Our Waste Water Treatment Facility is state of the art and as green as it gets. Saving both energy and capturing carbon, we use trees along side our high tech automated monitoring and testing system. Utilizing nature to processes all RV waste into nutrients for our fast growing trees, this is the first of its kind in a Commercial Application.
